We understand that all pets deserve safe and loving homes, and that’s why Herb Gordon Subaru proudly participates in the Subaru Loves Pets® program each October. Our auto brand has helped save countless pet lives since Subaru’s partnership with the ASPCA began in 2008, and you can support the cause, too. Head over to our dealership to learn how you can help shelter pets in our area.
About the Subaru Loves Pets® Initiative
Every October, Subaru provides financial aid to shelter animals across the country, including in the Silver Spring, MD area. The money is used to pay healthcare expenses, provide food and toys, cover adoption fees, and more. The Subaru family has donated over $75 million to pet-focused organizations, making it the ASPCA’s largest corporate donor. There are multiple ways you can join in this month, so let your friends at Herb Gordon Subaru know you’re interested in purchasing a Subaru Animals Badge or some pet-friendly accessories that come with donations to the ASPCA.
Pet Accessories for Your Vehicle
Once you’ve adopted a furry friend, the team at Herb Gordon Subaru will set you up with pet-friendly accessories to keep them safe and comfortable in your sedan, hatchback, or SUV. Favorites include a pet-friendly, padded cargo liner, a ramp for easy accessibility, a console lid protector to prevent those sharp nails from scratching the interior, and a collapsible pet kennel.
